Absolutely this is an awesome product, very useful and "every home essential". My kids diet making become very easy and fast. unbeatable performance and reliability. Running with less noise. I had a doubt during its usage, in this regard I definitely should appreciate Cookwell customer support. They guided with a video too. Specs and warranty are lovable. 600W power prooves it's efficiency. Tiny and cute, comparatively with regular mixer grinders. Blindly we can believe this product as with their unconditional support. Hope this extends its durability as long as it is.

Works well. They promptly replaced the wet grinding jar base when it stopped working at about 10 months i.e. within the warranty period.I like how compact the bullet grinder is compared to regular sized mixer grinders. Despite that it seems to have enough power to grind most things I put in it including dried turmeric chips, idli/dosa batter etc.

I purchased the Cookwell mixer toward the end of 2025 and used it extensively for about six months. Unfortunately, the rotor eventually got jammed and the mixer stopped functioning. These things can sometimes happen even with good-quality products.What impressed me most, however, was Cookwell’s excellent after-sales service. I contacted their customer service team through WhatsApp, and they were extremely courteous and responsive. They promptly arranged a replacement for the non-functional mixer with very little hassle.The replacement mixer is working excellently now, and I am very satisfied with its performance.The product itself has met my expectations, but what truly deserves appreciation is the customer service. Such prompt and positive after-sales support is not something we come across very often these days. Even though this is a relatively small household appliance, the seriousness and professionalism with which the team handled my concern was excellent.Hats off to the Cookwell customer service team. I bought cookwell bullet mixer grinder one and a half years ago. I am completely satisfied with the product. I used it mainly for making smoothies , shakes and cold coffee, and it is so easy to make all these using this mixer grinder only. It is also easy to make different chutney recipes.No leakage and easy to clean. It is so portable that required a little space on counter top . Quality of the jars are also good as it doesn't give you any oder.

Works well can't put to much it gets stopped for while once it cool down it's works fine overall it's okay to use small portion can't blend finely it's okay for smoothies not for chunttys
