Would this be good in coffee? I like making my own espresso at home, but it's hard to find a good chocolate/fudge sauce that's vegan.

It’s very thick! It’s definitely thicker than the regular sauce you’d find near the ice cream at the grocery store. It’s great stuff though so if it doesn’t work in your coffee, you’ll find other uses - cake, brownies, berries, and ice cream. It’s definitely worth the price.

Can the jar of fudge sauce be frozen?

I do not know if it can be frozen. But I would not buy it again. There are many other better sauces at your llocal super market that can be bought for haslf the price.

If it's gritty then that probably means the sugar has re-granulated. It says this on the jar as well that this might happen, and if it does just keep heating it up and stirring it to get it to be smooth again; which I've found works quite well if you're patient in warming it up a bit, then stirring, and repeating until it's smooth.
