Philadelphia Eagles: The Complete History

I love this DVD set its worth every penny, and I have shared it with friends. I am actually able to re-watch sections because I found it so fascinating. As a history buff and a huge Eagles fan, this was so exciting to me, and it did not disappoint. For those who like the good old days, the history of the team is there. For younger people like me, its a way of discovering your roots. And for current fans, its a way to live some of our favorite plays such as 4th and 26. I also enjoyed some of the special features. I'd like to be able to show my kids the footage of the vet implosion someday, for example. Highly recommended for purchase for the true fan. If you are a casual fan, you might not like it to purchase, but at the price, rent it and decide!

This was a gift for my daughter and son' in law. I had a copy but couldn't find it, so i purchased another to give to them. We are all Eagles fans and I thought they would enjoy knowing the History of the team. I have been a fan since Steve Van Buren played in the forties! They have enjoyed the video and are showing it to their grand children! Thanks for the good service, and the product was in good condition.

Damn! Vet Stadium is gone! I was there when it went up! Cony Mack and Franklin Field! Watching this DVD over and over brings back the glory days of old! Even liked the color of the uniforms better and the Eagle's logo! Had my son's room all decked out in Eagle colors and accessories; until he became a Dallas fan! What the hell happened!

I could spend my life watching this on loop. Great history, lots of fun for Eagles fans of all ages. Great gift for younger fans with enthusiasm for the team and a love of the game.

Ce coffret sur l'histoire de la franchise de Philadelphie, les Eagles est très bien fait.N'étant pas un fan de cette équipe, je dois reconnaître que l'on se laisse rapidement prendre au jeu d'une réalisation très américaine à grands renforts de musiques dramatiques, de phrase chocs et de témoignages de supporters.Le premier DVD contient un documentaire qui couvre toute l'histoire des Eagles, de la création de l'équipe à sa défaite lors du Superbowl XXXIX contre les Patriots. C'est un vrai docu de plus d'1h30 et pas un silmple résumé de 20 minutes comme on en trouve souvent.Le second DVD est tout aussi intéressant avec des docu sur certains matches, joueurs, situations qui ont marqué l'équipe.De nombreux bonus complétent parfaitement ce coffret pour tout connaître des Eagles (Bio de joueurs, anecdotes, rivalités...).Il est interessant de noter que le sous titrage anglais est disponible, c'est utile pour comprendre les accents parfois rugueux des joueurs des années 60.Au final, un coffret très sympa et abordable.Il est indispensable à tout fan de l'équipe et reste accéssible pour les novices du football américain.
