Q: Is this the current color card chart for all 300 colors of isocord 40 weight thread?

No it is not, but the folks at the sewing center I patronize say that Isacord doesn't release new colors too often. The most current chart includes 391 solid colors and 22 multi colors (I counted them). This chart suits my needs just fine.

Q: Is this the tri fold color chart with the actual thread colors

yes, and i love it! you can actually see the "real" colors :)

Q: How can i Select individual colors

You can put the number you want and it should come up with the choice of 1000m or 5000m. We have our threads listed in set about 30-45
