Good solid material and the chain and key element has stood up to mild bumps and bangs. A really cute little charm that I loved getting for my girlfriend of many years (she would probably say TOO many). She certainly seemed to like it. As always with Pandora it was nicely presented and easily giftable. I would never consider Pandora charms, it's like some sort of elaborate jewellery pyramid scheme. Regardless, she liked it, which means it was 5* in my eyes.

I bought this and initially could not get this onto my pandora bangle. However I did manage it in the end. Whilst it looks nice on my bracelet, pandora charms are really small in comparison to other brands such as love links hence in comparison you are paying for the brand name rather than value for money in respect of their products .

Turned out to be a fake product. Returned for full refund. Pandora products will always be sold in a box and not a paper bag. Pandora and other websites show you how to easily identify a fake products so I recommend you looking into it if you've purchased this product or similar.

Absolutely appauling quality. Badly scratched. It should not have been allowed to be sent out!!!!!
