Used when making pasta dough
This product can be used for a multitude of things but I have used it mainly when making ravioli from scratch! It works perfectly! I probably didn't look at the listing very well and it was shorter than I expected upon arrival but it doesn't hinder the ability to due what I purchased it for.

Bought this to cut pastry dough, homemade noodles and ravioli. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will worked based on the reviews I've read. Seems sturdy. Great value for the money.
