It is a very well made item, but it runs a little big. i got an adult small and it fits like a medium. Good product.

You never know what something will turn out to be when purchased online, but this is exactly as described and the fit was perfect. Just don't put your keys or wallet in the front pouch LOL. I am 5"6", 145lbs, and got the small. I highly recommend it!
