Long term use review
Received the product in a well packed condition and the bottle is of good quality. Talking about the product, this is a true cold pressed walnut oil of very good quality. Thumbs up for that 👍. I had purchased it for my thyroid related issues, not for food consumption. I think it slightly helped me with my thyroid issue. Apart from above mentioned use, I also used it with coconut oil for skin and hair massage. After washing away with shampoo, hair feels intensively hydrated for a long period. Same can be said about skin that it stays well hydrated for 24 hrs. Overall this is good product and I will definitely go for H&O brand whenever I'll buy this product.

I just did some research selected this product oil
Quality wise good and impressive. I was using this 6 months and not using daily price wise a bit high when compared other products but this oil density is good👍 you can try this product.
