Definitely a splurge but worth it. No chemically taste like with iodized salt. Dissolves quickly and no graininess. Really really love it.

I've been using Maldon for many years. It's the perfect finishing salt. It's also killer on homemade crackers and flat bread. The small boxes kept going up in price so I stocked up. Happy I did.

I use this salt daily and absolutely love it. We have a salt pig on the kitchen counter where I do all the food prep, and it is so nice to be able to just reach in and grab a pinch to add to a dish. Highly recommend this product.

The only drawback is it will put you off regular salt. We call it commoner salt now, lol. I just can't cook without Maldon now, I'm so used to it. I know this is technically "finishing salt," but you can cook with it.
