Sinse I start taking this supplement my hair that never grows turns to very speedy growing hair. About 1 inche a month.

This is not extract. It's the seed only.
Please, please read up about this product carefully. This us straight up ground millet seed. You can grind up your own at home. What you want for effectiveness in hair growth is miliacin, the extract of millet seed. Amazon algorithm keeps pushing this particular brand up top for me. Please do not make the mistake I did. Save your money for the higher efficacy nutrient.
