How do you secure these as the velcro is backwards? You cannot just wrap and stick. Anyone else have this problem?

I know this is an old post, but in case anyone else has this question... Wrap the weights around you with the logo sticking out. Then unhook the Velcro and wrap it all the way around your leg or wrist until you reach the other end of the weight where the metal clasp is. Insert it through the clasp, and then secure the velcro. It makes perfect sense once you figure it out, but it took me a minute. LOL

what is length of 3 lb weights?

The part that goes around your ankle is just under 12 inches and the strap that goes around is another 12 inches. You can adjust these to fit comfortably. Use mine everyday.
