Q: Are the sleeves lines with that plastic stuff that makes your arms sweat?

No, it is a silk-like material that lines the sleeves. If you're going to be sweating it will be around your torso with the fleece is at. I was a little skeptical about this jacket after reading some reviews but i truly like mine. However, I ordered two of them in different patterns and one of them is a tighter fit than the other.

Q: My husband would be wearing this over other shirts as a jacket. Would he need a size larger than his normal shirt size?

My 19 year old son is tall (6’1) and thin but needs size Large in shirts for the length. I got him a size Large in this jacket and he wears it over T-shirt’s and Flannels. It fits him great. Very nice jacket and I style right now
