Q: what color is the lens on the black frames as it looks purple in the picture?

they are very dark purple but they you can’t see purple when you wear them

No! They do not come with a case.

I have not been took them into eye place and they said no problem . The frames are so nice

I don't see why not.....They are a great square shape, not overly wide or long..I really liked the pr I recieved in black and tortoise..Haven't got the khaki ones yet but I preferred this brand to the Zero and Image lab frames that were similar in width but these were my favourite in terms of not being over the top big or too overwhelming..They are just a tad bigger then my prescription square lenses so would'nt be too over the top for a guys face...... i think they'd be fine ..Can always return if u dont like them right?
