THE BOMB!! AWESOME TASTE
I am not a fan of Protein bars, protein shakes etc.. in fact I'm not a fan of any of the "be fit" items out there.. but! I've been told by doctors that I have to start consuming a lot of protein and there is no other way but protein shakes and bars to get this done. One day at Costco I came across these bars and I had to smirk at the comments, saying that "they dared you try the bar because you wouldn't regret it" etc..all the lies you are use to listening to when they advertise another healthy product for people.. Except when I tried this bar I was blown away by the taste. This darn bar is AMAZING!!! its not chalky for once.. it doesn't taste like you are having some artificially enhanced powder from who knows where. This bar simply tastes like what it says... chocolate and peanuts.. You will be blown away.. and the amount of protein in it is pretty high.. just going by what the label states. Now don't ask me about any other important related info on it.. as far as whether it has too much sugar or fat -- because truthfully I don't really put much attention to that - although I should, but my priority here is protein and in this case I'm getting that and with something I can totally eat. Makes no sense to me to buy something that is super healthy and has all the right things in it IF you aren't going to eat it because of how horrible it is.. makes no sense -- so one thing has to be sacrificed :)~

delicious and satisfying without all the sugar.
I walk five to eight miles every day and fourteen miles with pack on mountain trails every weekend. I need good protein and carbohydrates on the trail, but don't want all the calories that come with trail mix filled with m&m's and raisins. These bars are a real treat without all the calories and refined sugar. they are nutritious and satisfying and one 190 calorie bar and some almonds have carried me to the top of Mt. Baldy and back. The downside is that the chocolate can melt on a hot day, so pack them next to your cold dromedary bag. Take an eight mile break, eat a bar and continue charged for the next eight.

Delicious.
Fabulous. Check the nutrition facts and you’ll see it is below average sugar and above average protein, but what you really want to know is taste: it’s awesome. It is probably the best tasting protein bar on the market (admittedly I love peanut butter and so I’m biased—I did try the caramel flavored ones and they were good too but not as good as the peanut butter bars). These things taste more like candy bars than protein bars. They have a little puffed rice crunch in them but mostly they are solid bars (but not so thick as Luna and other bars which do not taste as well and have more sugar). I started buying theses at Costco but they stopped carrying them so now I buy them at Amazon and probably eat one every couple days. They are delicious. You won’t regret buying them.

The Best: Highest Protein Content, Great Taste, but Expensive vs. Others
I bought these for a family member with an adrenal insufficiency which causes his sugar to drop to 40-50. We need something with high protein content to keep his sugar up conveniently and taste good. I tried hard-boiled eggs, but they can be difficult to peel. We have tried various “protein” bars, all purchased at Costco, including this one. Robert Irvine’s Fit Crunch bars have the highest protein content, are the easiest to eat (not rock hard like the Kirkland Nut Bar), are fully cooked, no raw dough and are the best tasting of all those we bought at Costco. For awhile Costco sold Fit Crunch, but unfortunately no longer. So, I was stuck buying the Fit Crunch bars on Amazon at nearly $2 each. Before I wrote this review, I went to fitcrunch.com, looking for other sources for these full-sized bars. Many are listed, but the list hasn’t apparently been updated in the last few months, because Costco and Target both don’t sell them anymore. It would be great if you could subscribe for these, but, alas, that is not an option. Four stars: great taste, but expensive.

Y-U-M-M-Y!!!!!!!!!!!
These bars are SOO good. It truly feels like you're eating a candy bar, not a keto-friendly protein bar! Seriously, they are super good. However, I have to return them because they came melted :( The taste is good, but I can't bring these along as a quick snack anywhere because the chocolate is flaky inside the packaging and falls out everywhere, causing a big mess. I'm so sad because these bars taste so good. Note to seller: could you please send these with some ice? It's summer, but I also live in TX, so even a few minutes in a hot vehicle or out on my porch is going to yield the same results if I reorder and they are sent again without ice. I read another review that said these can be purchased at Costco (for less $ as well), so I may have to look for these there! I hope you found my review helpful! If so, please click the YES button! Thank you!
