Will it fit a11yr old

Under normal circumstances, it is appropriate, if she is a girl, the head is relatively small, it may be a little loose.

Would this fit my head 54cm?

If you measured around your forehead and back of head then yes, plenty of room. They are quite stretchy. Good value.

I’m a fisherman and think it’d be prefect for midge bite's prevention. Would you agree??

I think it would be fine. Decent material so would be good I'm sure.

No, it's normal polyester fabric.
