Like the phone it was very fast had a lot of options and features good clear camera the only problem that I had is that it does not work with Straight Talk

No le pongo 5 estrellas ya que tengo un problema y es que el celular aveces no detecta que estoy usando una app que requiere internet entonces se pega y es como si no tuviera inter y tengo que salirme y volverme a meter, también no le funciona la detección de luz y gravedad.

I would like this phone if it could connect to at&t, but it doesn't work with at&t as advertised. DOES NOT WORK WITH AT&T AS PROMOTED. Could not receive calls. Three support calls to AT&T provided no resolution. Escalated to AT&T Engineers and they replied that they could not fix it. Next Gen Products technical support gave advice that didn't work. Do not assume this phone is compatible with AT&T. Unlocked phone is not on AT&T support list. After three weeks I found a Access Point setting that worked, but does not have 5G. So beware.UPDATE: The access point emulated another phone and only provided temporary 3G network service. That lasted about 3 weeks until AT&T completed their shutdown of 3G network. Now I have phone that gets no signal. AT&T says it is not on their supported product list. NGP offers no return. I bought this phone because my other phone only had 3G and this phone promised compatibility with AT&T for 4G service (and potentially 5G - which is also fales). Two months later and this phone does not work. It was represented to work with AT&T in U.S. and DOES NOT.

Loved the phone, I previously owned a Realme 6 Pro and loved it. I had to replace that phone and I wanted the newest Realme, little did I know (even though the description states otherwise) the phone is not compa with MetroPCS. They told me it appears as a 2G phone even though it's 5G. It's a shame I wanted this phone.

The seller didn't mention that the phone was from the UK so the 60w power block is useless here in the US. The phone was listed as unlocked but I soon found that the phone was locked to T-Mobile.
