Rich color/ Gentle on hair / No terrible smell
This color product is very creamy and soft on hair, DOSEN'T have a strong smell. I bought 2 boxes which is enough to color my hair 4 different times . So that comes out to $6.00 for coloring, as apposed to $80.00 in a salon plus tip!

Get rid of my brassy roots
I used 7A to get rid of my brassy roots. Worked well. I think next time I will use 8A. This was very easy to mix. I used same brand 10v developer and left 45 min to cover my grays. It did cover the grays 100% for which I’m impressed. This is worth the money as it saves me a visit to salon. My hair is soft and the scent is not strong and definitely not as the dye box. I do recommend this brand.

Long lasting and good quality for the price.
I use this to color my own hair. This is the best product I have found that lasts for many washes. I was using ION but I have switched to this brand as I found it is a better product because of durability. I wash my hair every day and this color lasts for months and beyond.

It does its job and the color lasts
This is my second purchase of the product. I don't have much grey hair, but I used this product (9AA+20 volumizer) to tone down the orange/red in my light brown hair after reading the reviews that there's a lot of green in it. It worked really well, and the color lasted, but to cover my roots after two months, I used 7A with 30 volumizer this time, and succeeded again! I think in terms of color pay off, the description is pretty accurate. You just have to experiment and choose the right color for your hair. Also, I have longer than shoulder length hair and had to use two packages. If you have longer hair, you might need 3.

Works well-good color
It’s easy to use and is thicker than another brand I have tried. That being the case, after I mix it with the developer, it stays on my eyebrows better.

Doesn't last long
Very nice shade, smell... not so much. It doesn't last long and after couple of washing fades away. Will not recommend.

The color 3N is black not dark brown, very bad ruined my hair.
