If this product is made in the usa, why are most instructions on the back in a language other than english (major language in usa)?

The product is made in the USA. All instructions and specifications are in English, French and Spanish. The product must be sold globally. Select your language and enjoy. I take 3 capsules in the morning when I get up. After one hour, I can eat or take other supplements.

can you open the capsules and mix into a shea butter or cream to use topically?

There are suppositories or cream you can buy…. I would do that instead…
