Can passengers in the back seats eat on this?

My 2 girls uses this for 6 years . They will put the bottle securely and food box on it . They enjoy their breakfast in car while I drive them to school. Now they have gown up , they always have their MacDonald meals in car.

Can i use this on a bmw grand coupe

No it will not work with any sport seats. The headrest must be on adjustable metal stalks. It is part of their comfort package and uses a specific adapter that mounts between the two metal stalks.

If you have the stock holes in the back of the seat will they plug in or do you need the head rest base

Is this products an original bmw brand? or a good copy?

This is actually an OEM product , if you check the item number it is exactly the same and comes in BMW packaging. It fits perfectly in my 2019 BMW X7
