Yummy Sausage rolls.
Makes a mess But they are wonderful. Kinda have winged the recipes so far... Plain or sage sausage, cooked onion, spices etc. You can cook from raw which takes about 10 minutes. I would only do cheese/ protein ones with the protein already cooked. The mess comes from the excess pastry oozing out and not cooking completely, but also the butter cooking out of the pastry. Put the maker on a sheet try lined with foil !!!!

Easy to use
It is nothing fancy, no bells and whistles. I tried it out for the first time today and made pizza rolls. I used store bought dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. I put a top and bottom on them and cooked them for ten minutes. They turned out awesome. It is great to make quick sandwiches, meals etc.

clean up
I followed the video demo and my Brit husband said the sausage roll was very good and authentic. Someone else who reviewed said to remove the screws and you will find that butter from pastry had seeped into seams and left butter under the plates. This is true and I cleaned that as well. I do not intend to use it often so I will just make sure to remove plates to clean.

Prefer not to cook raw meats that produce juice and liquid fat.
Best to use for making sweet treats. Can be messy for cooking meats and sausage. I usually put fully cooked like sandwich meats and cheese in dough and cook the dough. If I use hamburger meat that's raw, I cook it first and drain off the fat, then add to dough. I do that with sausage, too.

Seems hazardous with grease seeping into its housing!
I used store bought puff pastry and sausages. Cooked well, nice and crispy. Few minutes later, I started to clean it. I wiped the plates but when I picked up the machine, about 1/2 a cup of grease dripped from one side. I kept it tilted to one side to let all the fat drip. Then when I tilted it to the the other side, more fat dripped! Now it’s all aver the hinges too and the fat started to harden which was a pain to clean the hinges. Good thing I picked it up while it was still warm, before the fat from the sausages hardens in the housing!!! What a mess all over my counter and floor! Not sure it’s safe to use with grease heating up in the housing.
