I had a minor accident that resulted in ripping out my taillight assembly and putting a dent about 18”x7” in size, and up to 1 1/4” deep on the back corner of my truck. The dent was partially into a strengthening ridge on the sheet metal that helps to hold everything into shape, which definitely made the repair much more difficult. I have no prior experience doing body work, but using the tools in this kit, plus a few wooden blocks I made to help re-shape the metal, I was able to do a very acceptable repair, with no paint damage, and it only took me about 4 hours, start to finish. My son was amazed at how well the repair turned out. His comment was “I didn’t think that was possible!” If you knew the extent of the damage, and look very close, you can tell that the repair isn’t perfect, but to the average observer, my truck looks as it did before the damage was done. Very happy with this kit!

Bought this kit to remove dings from Lexus GX460 and Lucid Air door and below is my feedback . Pros : 1. Price is not too bad because it comes with lot of tools 2. It really pulls the dent and maybe you have to glue tabs several times to pull ding out 3. Material seems high quality . Cons 1. I wish they had PDR board with light in it . 2. PDR BOARD lines are getting erased after one use . 3. I wish they also included small ding tabs

I can not provide feedback about if this product works to effectively remove dents because a key component came broken and I was unable to get the issue resolved with the Seller. After unpacking the many pieces and preparing to work on my minor dent, I discovered that the Hot Glue Gun was not functional. It did not heat at all, so it was not possible to attach any of the dent pull tabs. Normally I would have returned the product to Amazon and find a similar product from another Seller. But I decided to give this Seller, VEVOR, a chance to replace the Hot Glue Gun, which I assumed would an easy and quick process. I contacted VEVOR customer support via chat and explained the problem. The customer support representative asked for photos or videos, at which point I pushed back and stated I did not understand how a photo or video could help demonstrate that Hot Glue Gun did not heat. He agreed and indicated I would get a response within 1 to 3 business days. I received an email on the fourth business day indicating that I would receive a response in another 3 business days. After multiple very frustrating email exchanges, I received a response after 10 days that VEVOR would send a new Hot Glue Gun, but it would take 10 to 15 days to even get shipping tracking information and no specified timeframe to get the replacement part. I rejecting this offer, since it would go beyond the Amazon return window. The next day I received an email offering to provide an immediate shipment of a replacement product. If this was an option, it should have been offered at the start of the process. I only include this level of detail to show that how VEVOR customer support frustrates and disrespects its customers. Based upon my experience, I would recommend avoiding this Seller.

This kit comes with a lot of dent repair tools and works well for small dent removal. If you have large dents or stubborn ones I recommend a more reputable brand. Some pieces are better than others though. Everything works but don’t expect them to last or be great. It’s basically you get what you pay for. The glue and glue gun are terrible. I would recommend getting a good glue gun and good pdr glue. The slide hammer tip broke after a days worth of use, rendering it useless. The tips work well for the pullers but not for the slide hammer. Many broke on the first use when using the slide hammer. By comparison, I would rate this several grades lower than the one you can get at harbor freight. However, the harbor freight one is $40 more. Overall, if you need something cheap to repair some small dents quick, it will definitely work. If you need something more substantial I’d opt for the harbor freight version. I ended up buying the harbor freight one to supplement this one.

I used the car Dent Puller Kit to fix some dents on my car, and it worked really well. The kit has everything you need, and the tools are sturdy and easy to use. It’s a great cost-effective option compared to professional repair services. The process can take a little time and patience to get good results, but once you get the hang of it, it’s worth it. Overall, a fantastic value for DIY dent repair!

This kit is great for removing dents & dings from painted parts. Unfortunately, of the four dents I needed to remove, I had already stripped the paint from three of them on one gas tank. I tried the hot glue, JB-Weld and even Super Glue, as well as combinations of the three, to no avail. I had to drill, pull & fill to get the one big dent out. But... On the second tank, there has been a small dimple in the side since I got it & just using the hot glue, I was able to pul it back to where it's impossible to see where it even was. Well worth the price for that one dent alone..
