I’ve been using this sun lamp, and it works wonderfully. I bought this to help with my circadian rhythm after taking a night shift job. I assumed the "sunset simulation" was a feature where the light would dim as it got close to the timer ending and hoped it might work in reverse too, but no it will just abruptly shut off when the timer ends. I think that's only referring to the temperature options? For some reason it's difficult to find one that will gradually get lighter when it turns on too. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but it works and I appreciate the timer since it's recommended to only use it for like 30 minutes for SAD. It can be very bright and i do like the color options. It remembers your color temperature and brightness setting which is nice. The touch buttons are VERY easy to accidentally press though. I'm also not sure if I'm glad that it came with a regular AC plug instead of a USB. The cord is a good length at least. It's also not too light or flimsy feeling 👍

This lamp is nice and compact, but it really does help. It's easy to use. The timer is very nice. There's no way to program the scenes, but I don't really mind that. The brightness is really cool, you can go from dim to fairly bright but bright does feels warm. The light itself doesn't get warm, but you feel warm from the brighter settings shining on you. The controls are easy to figure out and I love the varied light temperatures and brightness. The only thing is I wish the controls weren't so easy to accidentally tap. Otherwise, it's definitely a good value for the money.

My son came in my room and immediately put his hands in front of his eyes like he was shielding the sun, and said “what kind of light is that?!” He told his wife I found a way to put the sun in my room lol! The only things I don’t like are there’s no on alarm so it starts at a specific time and the buttons on the back are so sensitive that it’s too easy to accidentally change it to one of the other settings that I don’t like. I like it the brightest and I wish there was a way to lock it on the settings I like. I’ll probably buy one that does all the things I want but for now, this still works and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy and mood. It’s a quality light for someone who feels better with all day light and it looks great. Small but powerful. I’m happy with the purchase so far.

I work night shift so this was a must buy for me. I find when I turn it on I start to feel better, more energy and improves my mood. There’s multiple slightly different color lights you can select from with a wide selection of brightness as well. It’s easy to use, not too big and works great. I have no complaints.

This lamp has just the right lighting that, at its brightest point, it is like sunlight in my window and with the different settings it actually looks like the sun is setting! Of course there is also white light levels too. I enjoy the ambience when the yellow warms the room in the evening.

This lamp is not quite as nice as I was hoping for, though for the price, it’s still pretty good. I think it definitely works in terms of the mood stuff. I am currently sleeping in a room with no windows and I really needed it. And although it’s more of a personal lamp than a room lamp, it’s plenty bright enough. Where it’s a bit of a let down is on the simplicity of the settings. I had gotten the impression it could do a gradual sunrise/sunset transition for waking and sleeping. In a very crude way, I guess that’s true. But really it’s just 4 different light strength settings you can set to toggle between over a 15-60 min timer. Also, the orange color is very off putting. Do not like. The other light wavelengths are fine though. All in all, if you’re looking more for affordability than style, this will probably do the trick. If you want something more sophisticated though, keep looking.
