I usually drink the Rae's Roots tea and while it works, it only lasts for a little bit. These supplements last ALL DAY! There is no flavor, they are easy to swallow, and they do not give me any side effects. My pump supply was only 1-2 oz at best, before these. Now I'm getting 4-6 per session. And normally my milk was more of a blue-ish hue because it was watery, but now its thick white! Honestly, I haven't taken them in 2 days and my milk is still flourishing. If you are like me and your supply is low, you have a baby that's fussy and cranky because they want more, and you rarely have time to pump to get more milk production, this stuff is awesome. My baby was getting just barely enough milk each feeding, and now she almost barely makes it through both sides. Take once a day with breakfast. Thank me later!

for starters I just had my 3rd baby so this is my 3rd time breastfeeding. I never have had an issue with milk supply before. There is an 8 year gap between my middle child and now this new baby. When my milk came in it came in fast and in large amounts which I was fine with. After about 3 weeks I noticed when I would pump I was getting less and less and my daughter would cry after each feeding like she was hungry so I would burp her and offer the other boob. Long story short I researched supplements because I have heard and read that some supplements can hurt babies belly and cause pain and gas which I didn't want. I thought I would give these a try. I have doubled my pumping amount, my baby is getting good rich hind milk and now in 3 weeks of taking these supplements I have about 200 ounces of milk stored in the freezer. Does this product work? Yes for me it did.

I was 6 months PP and exclusively pumping due to work when my milk supply suddenly plummeted so I tried this. I know some mamas/babies get gassy from this. We did have that side effect, but it was incredibly mild, not enough to make my baby cry and it did not affect his sleep. He just passed gas a bit more often than before but I will say his gas was pretty smelly. I should mention: I took this along with increasing my water intake to a half gallon (or more) daily, drinking some of my water with electrolytes and organic coconut water, eating overnight oats with berries, almonds, oat milk, yogurt, honey, shredded coconut, and brewers yeast daily, spending more skin-to-skin time and cuddle time with baby, doing what I could to reduce outside stress, and increasing my pump frequency (during daytime hours only. I didn’t pump at all overnight) until my supply was re-established. In about 5 days, my supply increased to the point that I was able to start freezing milk again. After 3 weeks, I was able to reduce my pump sessions to every 6 hours as during each pump I was producing 12-18 oz per pump regardless. Important: I don’t know if my supply increased only because of this supplement or because of everything I did combined, but to me it was worth the price even if it helped a little so I will be reordering it! PS if you end up needing to combo feed or formula feed in order to get your little one the nutrition that they need (and get you the sleep that you need) thats totally ok too! Do whatever is best for you and your baby. Every situation and body is totally different. We got this mamas! 🫶

This helps my milk production so much more. Before i take this i was worried that my milk production was less and as much i hate pumping because it gives me sore nipple, i had to do it because i wanted to trigger my milk production. But taking this helps me a lot and i no longer need to pump to trigger my milk production now. I also don't like pumping as it hurts( maybe i was doing it wrong?). Update: something was not right! For straight two days my baby was very fuzzy, very uncomfortable, always screaming like something is painful, always stretching his tummy and it bothers me a lot as he never was like that. And for few days i skipped taking the supplement ( i forgot ) and baby stopped being fuzzy as well. One day i took the supplement again at night before i went to bed and at around 3am Holy God my baby started being fuzzy and very uncomfortable again. I kept thinking what could be the reason why he acts like this lately, then i remember that some of the comments here says the same about their babies reaction while they were taking this. Sad to say my baby is the same. As much as this product helps me with my milk production, i can't bear to watch my baby being fuzzy and uncomfortable and in pain. I hate to stop using this but then again i hate the effect of it to my baby. To mother's out there who would want to use this product, be very observant as this could possibly happen to your babies as well though every babies reacts differently also.

So when I had my baby, she was 8 weeks early and in the NICU. I was producing a TON of milk - 35 ml of colostrum in my first pumping session. The hospital provided 2 oz bottles for me to pump into at home and while visiting the baby in the NICU. I would use 6 bottles (3 per breast) per pumping session. I was getting at least 12 oz per session, I was pumping 8 times a day, every 3 hours to keep on the hospitals feeding schedule. I did this for the first two weeks. Then I got lazy. It’s hard to keep up when the baby isn’t with you and you have the option of getting a full nights sleep. Then I was only pumping 3-4 times a day. My baby was in the NICU for 37 days. She always had plenty breast milk during her NICU stay and the first two weeks at home. Unfortunately, this lead to a huge decrease in my milk supply. Because of this I started researching what supplements to take to help. That’s when I came across this product. I ready the reviews and saw all the before and after pictures and had very high hopes. Unfortunately for me I had the opposite desires results. I was producing almost 2 oz per breast per pump session before taking this supplement. After taking it I couldn’t even get 1 oz per breast per session. It was soul crushing. I so badly did not want to give my baby formula. But of course I did because I would never let my daughter go without. I tried taking extra pills, like the bottle said. My breast felt full, but nothing came out. And they no longer felt full after the little bit came out. The other thing that happened is my baby started getting very fussy. She was way more gassy and seemed to have trouble passing it. I tried this product for 2 weeks. My breasts and nipples are more painful. I do not have an infection or clogged duct. I’m very lucky that my supply did not completely dry up. Within 24-48 hours of stopping this product my milk started to increase again. I’m still not at the production I was before starting, but I’m at about 1.5 oz per breast per pump session. I’m also cluster pumping, every 2 hours during the day and waking up 1-2 times in the middle of the night after feeding the baby. I’m glad this worked for the majority of women who tried it. I was not one of the lucky ones. But it was certainly worth the effort.

For a handful of reasons I am exclusively pumping for my daughter, and have been since she was a few days old- she is now just over two months. I was worried about establishing a good supply and maintaining it. With my first child I was able to breastfeed and only pumped when I went back to work, so I didn’t have any worries. But this time I was immediately worried about making enough to provide for my daughter without supplementing formula. I feel like taking this has helped my supply. At first I was bad about taking it every day, but I still believe it helped me with establishing enough of a supply, but since I’ve been faithful to take it daily the last few weeks I’ve seen a small but steady increase in my supply- about an additional ounce a day! But that is 7 oz a week that I wouldn’t have had otherwise! An entire bottle with a little to spare! I would recommend this product and plan to continue using!

I have had trouble with my supply (with both my son 2.5 years ago and my daughter 2 months old now) I was producing enough for the first couple weeks, then all of a sudden my supply dropped to where I couldn't even pump anything at all. This happened with both children. I had to give up breastfeeding my oldest when he was 4 months bc my milk had completely dried up, but I thought at the time it was bc of the depo shot I had gotten. This time, same thing! I tried everything, nothing worked. Finally my OBGYN told me about this product bc it had worked for her low supply (she had twins). I can honestly say, its the only thing that kept my milk supply up enough to even breastfeed and supplement with formula. I wanted to note that I did NOT see an increase in my supply in the week that I was taking it, however I noticed that if I took it intermittently (a couple days taking this plus brewers yeast, skip 1-3 days) that my supply increased by at least double. When I skipped too many days, it dropped again. So if this doesn't work for you at first, maybe try it how I did and give it a second chance. It also never upset my daughters stomach or mine, taste is not strong and doesn't make you smell.
