Wheels show to be chrome yet they are red

The package was already opened and obviously had the item removed and replaced. Not cool.

The packaging was damaged upon arrival. For a 15 dollar hotwheel I feel the product packaging should be in good shape. Not impressed with my purchase.

Bought this as a gag gift for my boyfriend. He's been asking for this truck and now he has one.
