Not a bad axe with a little work!!!
The media could not be loaded. Kid tested, father approved!!! This trio of axes held up to four hours of abuse by people with little to no experience in axe throwing. We bounced them off boards, hit the handle side first, and plain missed the target several times. One even went through the pallet we were using to hold the target without breaking. Overall, for the price, I would not hesitate to recommend these to someone wanting to try out the sport. As a bonus they came with sheaths!!!A few tips:Expect to sharpen them. The edges didn't receive a lot of care or attention at the factory. There is way to much finish on the handles. Scrap or sand some off.Wet your target. It's what the pros do to help the axe stick.Final thoughts, it is a good way to have some fun with friends. If you want an amazing throwing axe out of the box this isn't what you're looking for. However, with a little work they'll do just fine.

Durable and worth the money!
Bought these after throwing axes at a business in my town and decided to get into throwing axes at home. Very durable have already split a board on my throwing board and everything is holding up great on the axes. They are full now after throwing for a good 30 minutes but I didn’t expect a razor edge to come out of the factory anyways! Great product and great value!

Decent profile, lighter than others, but broke 1 of the 6 on the first outing.
We bought six to try out and liked the profile (better for sticking in targets). Our comparison is to Harbor Freight's inexpensive axes. The JXEs are nicer to throw, better feeling handles and balance. However they are not built nearly as well, and we had one handle break the first event we did with them.We will probably stick with the HF axes but will have to re-profile them. The HF axes are much better built.

Fav
I bought this for my son for his birthday. He is 22 and when he opened the box, his eyes got so big. He absolutely loves these. He has sharpened them several time but admitted he hasn’t thrown them yet because “their too nice and perfect to mess them up”.

NOT THROWING AXES
Weights WAY off for throwing. They would be fine for a camping hatchet but not much else.

Nice Axe but Brittle Handle
The axe head is nice and it comes with an edge cover. The wood handle is not of durable quality. They tend to break. Suggest ordering a spare handle at the same time you purchase the axe.

Not too good to use it as throwing axe!
this axe is bit too heavy to be used as throwing axe! It broke my target! I would avoid using it for throwing axe!

Good quality
Was not expecting as good quality as received. All hatchets were fitted well to handles. Handles were finished well and had fairly straight grained wood too. Edges were basically blunt, but the one I have sharpened so far took a keen edge. Also the blade is in very good alignment with the axis of the handle. That’s hard to come by at the price point. All in all- very pleased.
