Excellent lotion for rough cracked skin
I used this product on my dry cracked feet and have had great results. It’s a lotion so it not as thick and it comes in a large bottle. I use it at night and cover my feet with socks. When I wake up there is a light chalky residue but that’s the nature of the lotion. When I wash residue off my feet they are so much softer.

Good for dry hands in winter
Every winter I find myself dreading using the fingerprint scanner on my devices (I have multiple Android and Windows devices) because my fingers are extra dry from the weather and even more now from the pandemic with all the extra hand sanitizer use. I often resort to typing in my password or rescanning my fingers in hope of getting the scanners to work. But using this lotion, I have a much higher success rate with the scanners. The lotion doesn't have any real smell, which can be a plus for layering this with other creams and lotions. The texture is thick, but it will spread fairly easily. The biggest drawback to a lotion like this is the urea makes it a bit chalky. The percentage here is low enough that this is tolerable, and I find I can use it daily and even multiple times a day on my hands, but I do have to be a little constrained in how much I use because it will get tacky and a little gross if I use too much. It's a tradeoff that I'm willing to accept for now because it does work well for my use case.I don't find that this lotion works as well for my heels, knees, and elbows. What I've started to do is alternate a glycolic acid-based lotion in the morning with this one at night to try to accelerate the breakdown of dead skin. I don't really want to go to a higher percentage urea lotion, but I might just for my feet at night since I put socks on immediately after I apply the lotion. For keeping hands looking alive during the winter, I think this lotion is a solid pick.

Thick, rich, lotion; very effective for my very dry & cracked hands + several calluses...
I have been using several creams containing urea mostly to help deal with the dry, cracked skin on my feet that I am constantly plagued with. It gets even worse in the winter. I also use the creams, but more sparingly on my hands, elbows, ankles and knees. I tend to use the creams at night, just before bed as they are rather rich and take a while to be absorbed into my skin. When I saw that this brand is a lotion, I thought it might be lighter and easier to work with so I could use it during the day time, too. I ordered this version with 25% urea for my hands -- I have ridiculously dry skin, but I also have calluses on my index finger and thumb from years of grasping pens and pencils for so man hours every day... the skin peels and cracks and can be rather painful. I have tried many products with varying degrees of success, but nothing has completely taken care of the problem, but this one has. It starting working almost immediately and only a week later, my hands look and feel 100% better and the calluses are considerably reduced. It is very moisturizing used on my elbows and ankles, too. This isn't intended to be used on areas of the body with thin skin. I also ordered the stronger 40% urea version for my feet, which are the real issue I'm concerned with. I'm happy with both. Although this is a lotion, it is quite thick and feels very rich. It goes on very easily, absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any trace of stickiness or oiliness. It is easily the best of the urea-based products I have tried. My only issue is that it can be somewhat challenging to get the lotion out of the squeeze-type bottle. I imagine this will be much worse when I start getting down to the last few ounces of the product. Once I am down to half a bottle or so, I plan to descant the remainder into a jar, instead. I was not aware of this brand before running across it by accident, but apparently it has been used and recommended for years. I am impressed with the quality and it is made in the USA. This is an effective lotion and is well formulated. I'm happy to support a US based company. The current price of $12.99 for aa generous eight ounces is very, very reasonable, and far more economical than the jars of cream I have been using. The product arrived properly sealed.
