A bag almost every day lowered my blood pressure amazingly in about a month when nothing else did - not even meds. Check the valid studies published online, this is an amazing tea. Also helps regulate blood sugar level thus curbs your appetite, I’ve lost weight slowly but steadily although I can’t say it’s cause & effect there might be a correlation. I have been drinking this tea for about 2 weeks and I have noticed that I am more calm. The tea has caffeine which I am not allowed to drink but it is very minimal so I do not get the side effects caffeine usually gives me. I will buy this product again.

Package does not show any caffeine content, but the product IS caffeinated. I specifically purchased this item believing it was caffeine free.

This GABA Oolong tea tastes great and smell nice. It comes in pyramid tea bags that are convenient and easy to brew. I steep a tea bag in a cup of 190°F water for about 2 minutes. It tastes pretty much like the regular Oolong tea that I have, which in itself is good. It is flavorful and aromatic. I'm able to re-steep this for another cup without losing much of the flavor. Alternatively, you can steep a tea bag in a small tea pot for two persons.This comes in 20 tea bags in a resealable plastic pouch. This can make up to 40 cups of tea. The loose tea leaves in them are of pretty large and fresh. These leaves are originated in Taiwan and has a fairly high level of caffeine in it. Overall, I'm pleased with this Oolong tea. Good flavor and aroma. Delightful and refreshing to drink. Pretty well priced too. I would recommend giving it a try.
