Mediocre product
Only 19 complete pins received with one pin incomplete. No idea how to contact seller and not worth hassle to return. Otherwise pins are as described and should be ok for multiple use Edit after use: pin end is flat so it catches hair when pinning and the handling caused some flowers to fall off. Still worth getting as effective once you manage to get it into your hairstyle

They look very pretty and were ideal to put the finishing touches to my hair when attending a wedding. They come in a sturdy we plastic box which is ideal to keep them in .box could be a bit bigger so not to crush them or damage them.
