I really like the aesthetic of these beads. I don't usually wear this wrapped on my arm, but I switch it up every now and then. Not sure value wise, but it seems pretty good. It's a stylish piece with these lava beads. I can't tell if it's legit lava rock, but what the hell, I like it. I am pretty gentle with the necklace itself. It does indeed stretch unlike typical necklace thread, so it has some give and should last a bit longer than regular thread. It's on a elastic kind of material, so you can stretch it a bit to get over your head for example. I recommend this piece.

I order many of these bracelets and 3 from this particular seller. I only wear them on special occasions as I do not want to risk breaking them, however, with the black lava bracelet of this kind I purchased, is the elastic used for making different from the other bracelets sold? It seemed this one was pretty weak and upon simply putting it on my wrist, it just snapped and all the beads are in some crevice I'll never find. The other two bracelets are in great shape. MY HEART IS BROKEN! Do you have any advice for further purchase and care? I only accessorize in my beads, I am not harsh, I do not shower in them, I do not work in them, they have special casing and I have never had this issue. Thank you!!!

Starting off, I ordered the 8mm beads, in case anyone finds that relevant. The beads, themselves, are robust. Hefty without being heavy, they, alone, justify the purchase. That said, the elastic string used in the construction of this item feels insubstantial, and while I have no worry about chipping the beads while handling the entire item, I can't say that I'm as unconcerned about the string while wrapping it around my wrist. Speaking of wearing this as a bracelet, if you're a member of the population with arm hair and quite a bit of it, you're gonna feel a pinch, constantly, while wearing it. Either be aware of that fact or bust out your trimmer.

I first purchased this item for stress relief. When I received the item in the mail it came in a black felt bag, the presentation being simple but stylish. When worn this item has a heavier feeling then expected due to the materials. I use this item for meditation by slowly counting one Bead at a time until I've circled the item entirely. This can be measured by the slightly larger stone at the knot of the item. This can be done as a mindfulness exercise or a method to time meditation sessions. My only complaint about the item would be that the elastic band used to hold the stones together, will sometimes become caught on one of the stones. This can cause the beads to become bunched on one section of the elastic. This can easily be fixed by a quick shake at the wrist.

The beads are nice, but the elastic cord holding them together is cheap. It broke within a couple of days. I have beading gear, so I took the beads and restrung them with good elastic cording and some stainless steel spacers and a Ganesha charm to make it more interesting. I gave it three stars because the beads are good quality, and you'll pay double the money at Hobby Lobby for similar lava beads. I'd actually buy it again just for the beads.

It comes in an awesome box / bag that would be perfect to gift. It’s a nice quality, looks great, and feel wonderful to the touch. The elastic that holds the beads has stretched out a bit after a few weeks of heavy use, but that’s to be expected. Overall it’s awesome

The necklace is weighty and well made, after looking at similar cheaper alternatives I decided to go more on quality and wasn't disappointed.
