Is the mesh surface easy to keep clean?

these boards are good for occasonal cooks thye are smaller than thought and the surface mars faaaairly easly so not a hard type plastic. I personally would never buy them agan we are alreay starting to through them out

Do you tend to see cut/knife marks in the surface after repeated?

We have been using the boards for a while, now. The color seems to go all the way through, so while we can see little slashes in the boards, they are the same color as the boards, themselves. We previously had white cutting boards, and despite repeated washing, the cut marks turned brown (probably from fluids that came from whatever we cut on the board, like apples, for instance). This is not the case with these colored boards.

Really badly scratched in just two weeks of use

I bought these to replace a similar slightly larger set that were almost 20 years old and which had finally become so badly scratched that they were becoming difficult to clean. I was gutted when, after just two weeks of cutting up meat, the red board was also so deeply scratched that it is difficult to clean. Not worth the money.

Compact countertop stand and perfect prep size for chopping up everything!

Best cutting boards I’ve ever bought. My husband used to work at Outback for many years and said they always had color coded cutting boards for prep service. I found these and love the size and the countertop stand. Perfect fit in dishwasher and they don’t warp!!
