Well my gf and I wanted to make edibles and the recipe we found called for this so I ordered it and it worked great. Cooked up nicely if it had a taste we didn’t taste it. We’ve since made another batch and it worked just as good as the first time.

Worked well for what I needed. It comes with a spoon but it was useless bc it was so compacted with the powder. But the Lecithin powder overall is a good product
