I've been using this on and off for 1+years and the foam shoes dents. I imagine if I used this every week/ a few times a week it would be long time done by now. Is padded enough so not too heavy. Also, pretty sweaty in the summer.

Wanted to try a TPE mat because the other ones I have are disintegrating and leave flecks of rubber every time I use them.This mat has a great feel, medium thickness but not soft, feels firm and has a nice sticky feel.Great value!

I had the purple before which seemed way nicer than the red one. Unfortunately it arrived with a hole in it which the seller did partially refund. Id of preferred to return but it's too much hassle
