What a delicious way to stay hydrated and get your daily probiotics! Also, not to mention killing 2 birds with one stone. I always forget to take my probiotic pills and try to keep hydrated on a daily basis. This is a great product that I incorporate into my daily routine now and it's easy because it's also tasty. I look forward to taking it everyday.

Although I have not used this product in any dire dehydration situations yet, I am very satisfied. The electrolyte powder I was looking to replace didn't taste that good, it did not mix well, and it was so overpowering, it was like drinking the prep before a colonoscopy. Kinderlyte has a mild pleasant taste, it blends well with just a spoon, and makes you feel refreshed.

Needed a rehydration drink for after running. Great product for that.

Being a very active person, I’m always searching for the best products to supplement hydration and wellness. Not only does Kinderlyte provide an incredible amount of electrolytes with no artificial ingredients, but the lemon-lime flavor is super refreshing! Unlike many electrolyte replenishing sports drinks, Kinderlyte is Non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, Kosher AND is formulated to include more electrolytes, potassium and zinc than the leading brand. I’m beyond impressed with Kinderlyte, and will continue to use this as my primary sources of electrolyte replenishment.

These are very salty. Just a little too heavy. But may be just what someone needs if they were too dehydrated.

Most importantly I like the ingredients and the fact that the dyes are left out. It really does hydrate and balance out the needs of my body! 2 months post Covid I found my self in the ER needing fluid and electrolytes. I did not know that is what I needed. Symptoms appeared because of the electrolyte imbalance. Since taking Kinderlyte daily the symptoms diminished.

I bought this for my son who was having a lot of muscle cramps. I was told by his doctor that he should be drinking more electrolytes because he might have a imbalance of minerals. I like that I didn’t have any extra sweeteners or artificial colors in it. Also my son seem enjoyed the taste. I always hated the taste of any of the electrolytes sold at the stores.
