I’ve been using this for the last 4 months and by far this has been the single biggest reason that my energy levels during the day have been so high. I could see the difference in that one week when I forgot to take my daily small pea size spoon in hot water. There was such a clear dip in energy levels. For someone who’s day starts at 5 this morning glass of Shilajit with warm water is must have.

I have read up that Fulvic Acid helps to reduce fatigue and improves mental alertness. The taste is very strong as the base is asphalt (yes, the stuff they use on roads). I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer! I noticed after the 2nd week that my fatigue had reduced and after a month, my mental sharpness has certainly improved, especially after that 2pm slump! Its good stuff! Give it a go!
