It is true to size with fit. The arms were a bit snug but that is to be expected. It was comfortable to wear, straightened my posture a bit, and made me sweat buckets. It felt weird taking it off afterwards, but it was a good thing. It made my.chest feel a bit perkier, but that could have been my posture getting better. I would definitely recommend it. It is worth the investment just in the amount of sweat.

The material has a good quality. It is true to size, and doesn't roll up or move when you workout. The velcro is a good quality, it doesn't come apart when moving or working out and the zipper doesn't come down. The design works well for me, sleeves are a definite plus, it covers your entire back and sides. I love it thus far, and would purchase another one.

The material is good but the arms are not fitted

It doesn’t stretch like most sauna suits so definitely get your size. I’m happy I did. I’m wondering how it would work with getting that extra sweat during workouts. I put the straps up high to focus on my high stubborn stomach fat. I will leave another review once I workout in it and see if it actually works like a sauna suit.

I look snatched while wearing it. It’s not bulky under your clothes and it’s very comfortable to wear.
