PQQ is relatively new. Supposed to help with mitochondrial function. I can't measure results but I am trusting Life Extension.

I decided to add PQQ to my daily CoQ10 regimen because I heard about the synergistic effects. I love Life Extension products and have never been disappointed. However, I truly cannot say the addition of PQQ made a different so I decided to leave it out of my stack.

Works for Me
I buy these on a regular basis. I am over 65, and have found that PQQ helps with my energy level and mental focus. Not all supplements have worked for me, as everyone's physiology is different, but these do give me an edge.
