This is a good brand and good product. I prefer this brand over others. It works well and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort for me. The pill is on the larger side, I would prefer it to be smaller, but overall it's not bad. There is no after taste after swallowing. It works well to provide the extra vitamin C that I need. These are high quality vitamins you can't go wrong with them there are a little bit more spending than the cheap ones but they're worth every penny

This is an excellent product and I like the lower dosage per tablet, since we only absorb 200-500mg per dose, which remains in our system around only 5 hours, and the rest we pee out. We take one tablet morning and again in the evening, several hours before bed so we're not having to make a lot of bathroom trips during the night. Use your own good judgement!

Ok so my histamine levels were over 7867 in highest ref range 959 /7 times the norm basically/. The bloating was one thing, but every morning I felt like I have something stuck in my throat that I desperately want to caugh out, but couldn’t. ChatGpt told me to get Quercitin and Vitamin C. I’ve heard about this brand Thorne that athletes use so even tho more expensive than other brands - I gave it a try. Long and behold the sensation in the throat IS GONE.
