Methylated Multivitamin & Minerals for Women

I like it, I feel much better. I have more energy plus the taste isn’t bad. I have ADHD, so I tend to forget to eat. I have to set alarms reminding me to eat, drink water and take supplements. The dosage is just right and easy to swallow with no side effects. It has a rustic color and the brand seems legit! Five stars for me! 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I have been taking another multivitamin One A Day pill for women over 50 and never really felt like I got anything out of it. But I didn't know I wasn't getting anything out of it until I took this vitamin! My daughter had told me that the vitamins I was taking were not good for me because they were not methylated. So here I am with this first jar. Simply amazing! I can totally feel a difference. I feel energized. I'm awake during the day. It's just a total different feeling and I love it! Now I will tell you that I am bipolar and I told my psychiatrist about these vitamins today and he told me to keep an eye on my mood in case I happen to go manic with these vitamins. If you've never tried methylated vitamins before, you should really give these a try. I take two in the morning simply because I would be taking the second one at night before I go to bed and that's uneventful for me. So I take two around 10:00 in the morning. The vitamins are very easy to swallow. They don't have any strange smell!

I take these regularly as they have a good amount of methylated vitamins and minerals. The tablets are pretty easy to take, and there is not outrageous amounts of anything. They help with energy, with no side effects. They smell kind of strong as they are tablets. The taste is fine though.

There are a lot of reviews speaking about the taste and smell of these vitamins. I don't know about you but I don't really choose my vitamins based on the way they taste or smell. I buy based on the ingredients and effectiveness of the product. I'm not going to lie, these smell and taste awful but, they are made that way because the company chose to jam pack the pills with actual vitamins and minerals as opposed to fillers and I'm okay with that. I can deal with a minute or two of unpleasant taste and smell to be healthier, in the long run. I recently started on Keto and decided I needed to supplement with a multivitamin. I tried another brand specifically for keto that majorly upset my stomach. I have a tendency to be sensitive to vitamins and some medications. I was worried that this might do the same but, I have been taking the full dose for three days now with no ill effects. Tonight I got an email from the company with a guide to taking this supplement and answers to some FAQs which I thought was pretty awesome. Overall, for the price and quality of the product, so far, I feel like it can't be beat. If you can get over the smell and taste, I definitely would recommend taking a shot on these!

Been buying these vitamins for several months and have thus far been pleased with the quality. However, this evening as I was restocking my vitamin tray, I noticed a stark difference in color compared to last months vitamims(see attached photos) Not sure if there was a change in formula or what but it definitely gave me pause as to whether these are good still.

C'est un produit qui réunit pratiquement toutes les vitamines et minéraux que l'on peut trouver dans les compléments alimentaires mêmes celles que l'on n'intègre pas souvent comme la vitamine K2 et D3. Il n'existe pas beaucoup de "cocktails" multivitamines complet ou elles sont présentes. C'est pour cela que j'ai choisi ce produit et je n'ai pas été déçu . En respectant les instructions de prise, on ressent vraiment une différence après quelques jours d'utilisation. Bien sûr dans un premier temps on ne ressent que les bienfaits du à la vitamine C et à une ou deux autres vitamines . Mais les bienfaits sont là, on ressent vite un reguin de vitalité au niveau physique et mental par la suite. De plus le récipient est en plastique assez rigide et peut donc être transporté dans n'importe quel sac de sport ou sacoche de travail . Le seul défaut qui n'en ai pas vraiment un, est le bruit des comprimés qui tapent contre le récipient lorsque vous le secouez. Le son n'est pas désagréable et dans mon cas c'est plutot un avantage je peux savoir vite si je ne l'ai pas oublié en secouant tout simplement .
