Taste like cardboard powder, unpalatable and un drinkable

Worst I had till date
The tingling effect from the beta alanine is just unbearable. I have had many Pre workouts before ranging from C4, GAT PMP etc but this is by far the worst I have had. As I wrote this review it’s been 50 mins and still the tingling is ridiculous!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
