These baking sheets are superior. They don’t pure like other sheets, on the edges. No chemicals they come in a flat box, which for me, is superior packaging. You can get the larger sheets and cut them if needed. Pricing is excellent. Nice density. I’ve bought them three time already and will continue to buy them.

Pros: - easy, no-stick baking - lay flat - sturdy, hold up to multiple uses Cons: - none, really My macarons and other cookies are easy to remove from the pan, thanks to these parchment sheets. They lay nice and flat, which is why I bought them - the rolls of parchment paper curl which can cause issues when baking. Also, I reuse these. After every use, I scrape the parchment to remove any residual batter, and use again. They hold up well! This adds to the value and is more environmentally friendly. The parchment is too long for the Air Bake cookie sheets I have. I have learned that I need to trim the edge that would otherwise hang over the edge as it will "catch" and burn (which doesn't smell great). I cut the extra strip into squares and use these for steam dumplings so they don't stick to the steamer basket. Hope this review is helpful to you.

These parchment sheets are great for baking. They are thick and durable and non-toxic.

We cook often. This parchment paper is strong and never leaks when measured appropriately. Many have been tried, however this one is tops.

Trump's tariffs are making the cost go up but still these are worth it. Fully 450 degrees safe and no dangerous chemicals used in creation of these baking sheets.

I have purchased this parchment paper and absolutely love it. Like real parchment paper these sheets do not let grease onto the oven pan/cookie sheets. Comparing to other similar sheets that fail miserably this makes me a happier baker. However, at least for the pack I received, every and each sheet is not smooth but has plenty of waves. For these reason I only rated 4 stars.

Hochwertiges Backpapier, jedoch die Temperaturangaben sind in Fahrenheit und nicht in Celsius. 450 F = 230 C !

So far have used for baking, pan frying without using oil, en papillote cooking, and delighted with all the results. Will definitely buy again.

So nice to be able to get the sheets as it is hard to rip off the right size when you have the roll.

Nichts brennt an. Top. PFAS frei und genauso gut wie das Tefal beschichtete Backpapier. Ist zwar minimal kleiner aber passt trotzdem genau rein ins backblech
