Rediscover the Joy of Coffee
I enjoy coffee, from espresso, drip, ground, instant, anywhere and everywhere possible. I’ve had electric to basic coffee equipment of various kinds. I’ve had plug in coffee grinders, from burr to blade. Recently I’ve purchased the Aeropress as a simple way to make coffee. I wanted a hand grinder as part of the experience, and as a quiet way to grind fresh beans early in the morning when everyone is still asleep.I found the instructions simple to follow, and in fact, intuitive by the design. I did make a newbie mistake at the beginning, which got me really worried. Being impatient, I filled up the beans and started grinding without any adjustments. I started cranking, for a long while, but the beans would not grind. After reviewing the ‘How to Use’ manual, ‘reset’ the adjustment knob, and started grinding. It worked well, actually, really well. The takeaway is to take the time to ‘dial’ in the grinder to your preference. It’s rewarding to understand and control the outcome of your coffee, making that quite cup special. Tune in to create the right balance, e.g. less sour or bitter, and the setting will be consistent every time. This grinder feels stable and solid out of the box, it feels expensive. The performance of the grinder is incredibly smooth and efficient, with a beautiful finish and design aesthetic. It’s super satisfying to hear and feel the grind, you’ll know it’s finished when it turn silent. For my setting, which is 20 clicks from start, a single fill of whole beans will take ~30 seconds of effortless cranking, and yield ~24g of fine ground (almost topping the container), enough for 2 servings for my Aeropress Go.Having the right tool really makes a difference, and I’m thrilled to have come across this coffee grinder that’s allowed me to rediscover the joy of coffee. Plus, there is something tactile about non-powered, back-to-basics hands on to making a simple cup of coffee. The family even noted the quality of coffee is as good or better than most of the places we patron. I can’t wait to source more beans, take the grinder on outdoor trips. Given my experience with this grinder, I would highly recommend it and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

Works for espresso!
Finally a cheap grinder that works for espresso!I have a cheap espresso machine, the ECP3420, and I use a bottomless portafilter. The number one problem I have had is with channeling due to my puck. I have tried preground, and two different, cheap, automatic burr grinders. All the same poor pulls.I tried this this morning, and after a bit of a workout, I pulled and was amazed to see a clean pull! The only thing is that I originally set it to size 1, maybe even .5 since I turned that thing tight as hell, and it was not grinding at all. I had to turn it to 7 or so before I it was grinding properly. I’m going to try for 6 tomorrow and hopefully get even finer grounds because my pull was still a little too fast.In conclusion, great little manual grinder for a good price and looks great. Highly recommended you try it for your espresso if you are looking for manual

Great for espresso! Grinds very finely
Wasn't sure if this was going to grind fine enough for my new espresso machine. For the beans I used, I had to go to a size 6 on the grind size dial before it would start grinding. But, at the size 6 it was way too fine and my espresso machine choked. Went up a size one batch at a time and finally pulled a shot at size 10. Even at size 10 it would barely drip out. So, I finally settled at 11 and got a solid pull. I might try to even go up to 12 for the next cup just to see. This grinder can certainly grind your beans to the finest you would possibly need. Satisfied with this buy for sure

Great until it spins
I purchased this in Aug 22, and immediately I loved it. It was replacing a ceramic hand grinder that had failed after 7 years of daily use. This seemed great at the beginning, but this past week the inner burr sleeve started spinning. First, this did not ship with the proper tool to tighten down the sleeve, so I had to do some makeshift work on it. Cleaned, reassembled, it seemed to work fine. I use a coarse grind with a harder bean, and that seemed to be the end of trouble until today when I couldn't get it to work again. The design is bad, as the burr sleeve doesn't seem to have the proper design to not spin. There may have been 2 metal nubs that inserted into the grinder housing, but if they were there, they have since sheared off.It was great while it lasted, but I don't see this coming back for anything but spare parts. Sad because at this price, it really should be a better value.

Best Travel Coffee Grinder
This coffee grinder is awesome. My husband is taking a national park adventure trip and needed a manual coffee grinder. This grinder is compact and functional. We’ve tested its grinding capability and combined with the manual coffee press, makes an amazing cup of coffee. He’s definitely taking this on his adventure!

Solid Grinder for the price, good for expresso
Grinds fine enough for my Cafelat Robot expresso maker. The price was reasonable for the performance. I had to play around with the grind size settings a bit, but once you get it down you are set. Basically grinds for a single dose or expresso shot. I think the grind capacity was 30 grams so depends on how much you typically load into your machine.

Quality Grinder for Pourover (and other brewing methods) Coffee at a good price.
This is a sturdy, well made, metal coffee grinder. The grind size is uniform with a very low percentage of fines. Makes an excellent cup of pourover coffee. I have not tried it for other brewing methods. I would definitely buy this grinder again.

Great value for the money
The grinder works fine and it can grind really fine if needed, almost turkish coffee. Perfect for filter coffee, it’s also quite fast. The packaging and construction quality feels quite premium.
