It was a bit rusty, but came completely sealed.

Extremely poor quality
This thing feels like it's made out of aluminum foil, and the screw cap top the reservoir fell apart in my fingers. This is an expensive mantel ornament for something that doesn't work, and even if it did, I wouldn't trust the build materials to withstand the heat of a lit wick.
