Great Bread Crumb Alternative!
We are keto for many years. With the Pork King "breadcrumbs" we are able to enjoy many of our old favorite recipes with this substitution: meatballs, meatloaf, breaded chicken cutlets. The crumb texture is a "soft crunch" - no feeling like you're going to crack a tooth, but not soggy at all. It holds up well to heat, getting crispy without getting hard when baked or pan-fried. MUCH more convenient than smashing pork rinds... and a great price!

I've breaded chicken thighs and pork chops with this stuff. I really like it. I added spices after my first experience because they are not seasoned. Throw in your favorite rub or spice it to your liking. This elevates my air fried meats. My wife and son like it as well. Great for carnivores looking to change up recipes. I'd say it was worth the money. Easily use as you would bread crumbs. I may have to try it in meatballs! The containers were well sealed. You decide if it fits your eating lifestyle.

Great product but expensive
I love these pork rind breadcrumbs! Using these to make my homemade chicken nuggets have become my latest food addiction. They arrive fresh, and perfect quality. I just buy them at sprouts for about half the price- but they weren’t in stock
