Effective alternative to tablets
If you don’t get along with ferrous sulphate iron tablets try these. None of the tummy problems from iron tablets. Work very well and give a good boost.

Rubbish
Expensive , probably OK if you want to top up your iron at normal level. If you're iron deficiency like me, waste of time, does nothing to your readings.
