Really nice motor, which seems to have all the power I needed for my project.

Strong motor
Using it outdoors under cover. Motor and gearing holds up. Need silicone where wires enter motor if near water or water may get in and short the motor. Use a 6 amp fuse to protect the motor.

A strong little motor
I'm using this to turn a drum on a drum carder machine and it works perfectly. It's not totally silent, but very quiet. Mounting it took a little more effort for two reasons: It requires metric thread bolts, which I don't normally have in my shop, and I wish they had included a template for the bolt hole alignment.

Used it on the door on It only lasted two tries and failed. Never got to work again

Exactly what I needed for a project
constructed a firearm moving target that needed to run on a 12V battery. This motor worked perfectly and only needed a 3/8" to 1/2" collar to use larger diameter pulleys. Pulleys and collar were purchased from McMaster and work great. Motor is easy to reverse by changing polarity of the leads. Seems very rugged. Would buy again.

Disappointed
I would love to give this motor 5 stars but can’t . I got one season out of it then it failed. I opened the cover to the motor and it was 1/2 full of water. This is being used as a chute motor on a snow blower and it was clearly stated that you could use this motor for this purpose. There isn’t any kind of O ring to seal it. I will try and see if I can waterproof it some how. Very disappointed.

J utilise ce moteur pour remplacer un wiper qui ne fonctionnais plus sur mon tracteur la vitesse est juste parfait
