Not made to last
Initially I was pleased, but not overwhelmed, with this item. I bought it in late 2016, and I threw it away today. It did a decent job at very light pickups, but it's definitely NOT durable. I already had to order new wheels, because one of the originals broke off, irreparably. Now, the joint where the head joins the wand portion broke, again no way to repair it without a new part since the plastic part itself broke. I'm a very handy guy, and can handle most repairs myself, but when the part itself fractures, there's not much that can be done.Not recommended

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
What a waste of time and money. I was so excited about this vacuum. That goodness I saved the box. The vacuum would never fully charge from what I can tell even after being on the charger for 12 hours. Suction was weaker than my $25 Dirt Devil. Great concept, but poorly made.
