The quantity provided in a single packet was just enough for my long hair. It made my hair smoother, shinier, and healthier. However, it also made my scalp a little bit oily. Over time, my hair did improve in condition, I noticed an improvement in the overall texture and health of my hair even though the immediate results weren't exactly what I had hoped for. Overall, I would say that my experience with the hair mask was generally positive. The long-term results were better than the immediate results, but I did notice some improvement in my hair's condition after using the mask.

Worst product, if you have less hair or heavy hairfall issues. It is very difficult to wash and a considerable amount of shampoo has to be applied, which inturn leads to hair damage.

I recently purchased a hair mask from Amazon, and I’m thrilled with the results. The packaging was sleek and easy to open, which I appreciated. The scent is delightful—fresh and not overpowering—which made the application feel like a mini spa experience. After using it as directed, I noticed a significant difference in my hair's texture. I have dry, frizzy, unruly, unmanageable curly hair. They become more rebel during winter. There are 2 things I would like share regarding this mask based on my experience- 1. For my type of hair, this mask is too dry. So I mixed few drops of coconut oil in the mask. Only then I could apply it. 2. Nat habit’s claim of “no need of conditioner” is not relevant for my type of hair. I had to apply conditioner followed by hair serum to gain some control over my hair. However, after 1st application itself I could feel the difference in the texture of my hair. Hair fall reduced significantly which is a major positive sign. Considering the population of curly hair people, Nat Habit should come up with a specially curated mask for curly hair. May be they can name it “curated for curls” 😀
