Iss this large enough for a full grown average size cat? They look small znd sre advertised with pictures of very small cats or kittens.

I was worried about the same thing, but I've got an average size cat and she fits under it perfectly with extra room to spare.

Where do you put the catnip???

I have purchased this twice now (the first one lasted 5+ years!) and we have always just sprinkled the catnip on the carpeted base and on the brush itself. Our cats love it!

How hard are the bristles? If you pushed your hand on it would it feel sharp or painful?

They are definitely firm, but would never hurt an animal unless they ran into it with their eyes open. My MANY kitties LOVE this so much that the one we bought (identical) 10+ yrs ago had broken off the bottom yet they still rubbed their faces on it while on the floor. Bought this one for them at xmas and all rub on it and bite the bristles. They don't come off, too firm. Harder/thicker than a bristle hair brush.

How long did it take to come in from China?

Came very quickly! I was surprised with it being close to Christmas. I would say around 1 week. They gave me a bit later date but it arrived earlier.
