I have a night stand that is level to my mattress. Does this product angle low enough so my iPhone would be visible while I’m lying down?

Probably, it can be perpendicular with table

Will this work with any other brand of MagSafe cable like Anker?

I doubt it. It's made to exactly fit the disk at the end of the Apple cable.

What type of phone case be used with this product? Loopy cases don't seem to work.

I actually returned it cause it didn’t work with my otter box defender phone case. I don’t think any of the products out there now work with otter box defender case. I have iPhone 13 pro.
