How much current does this draw on 24v when stalled.

Specs say 3.7 A: Specification: Permanent Magnet DC Motor: Size: 51*70mm Rated Voltage: 12/24V Rated Current: 2-3.7A Shaft Diameter: 8mm Rated Power: 30W

Specs say 3500 RPM, but that is at 12 V. Don't know at 24 V.

Where is the speed adjustment and how low will rpm go?

You have to buy the speed control unit in order to adjust the speed. I haven't purchased the control unit so I'm not sure about the speed. I am sure my motor is not running 3500 rpm.
